A Few Rules:
1. This is not a role-playing thread. If you introduce a character, others have full permission to use it. Likewise, you can use any of the characters as well. Which brings us to the next rule...
2. Keep it realistic. Or semi-realistic, at the very least. Don't just get Sirius back to life. Give a possible explanation. It may be as ridiculous as "Harry performed a ritual which can bring the dead back to life, using scented candles, frog's blood, the whole shebang". Whatever.
3. Minimum contribution: one sentence. There is no maximum. You can even write a whole chapter if you want.
4. Proof-read and spell-check. I won't be very nagging with grammar and all in this thread (I might even overlook a missing comma or an incorrect capitalization! =P ), but it's common courtsey.
5. Keep it PG-13. No 'shagging like bunnies' or anything of the sort.
That'll do.
Oh, one last thing. You must continue the story, but you can do WHATEVER you want. Seriously. When I say whatever you want, I mean it. Previous person left it at the Death Eaters about to attack Hogsmede, but in your continuation, they start drinking Butterbeer and exchanging war stories? Totally allowed.
You don't have to stick to one genre. The previous person made it light and fluffy, but you feel depressed and therefore want to make someone jump off the Astronomy Tower? Sure.
But respect the other person's contribution. If you kill Draco by making him jump off the Tower, but the next person wants to bring him back to life, give a possible explanantion. See rule #2.
If you're still confused, post your doubts below. But if you got the gist of the whole game, proceed to the main thread and start posting!
